Refunds & Exchanges

We addressed this briefly in the FAQ page as well! Feel free to just reach out if you have any other questions. Every case is different, we get it & we will try our best to work it out with you!

Our Policy (U.S. Customers only)

​

  • We accept returns and exchanges in the same condition as merchandise was purchased, up to 30 days from the date of purchase with receipt/order number. Please do not mail back an item before reaching out first or the item will not be accepted!

  • Items without receipts/order numbers are eligible for exchange only.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of shipping if an item needs to be returned/exchanged.

  • No redos for customized pieces but are eligible for exchange only.

Exclusions

Returns are accepted for most products with the exception of the following:

  • Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale on the product page.

  • Sale items: Any item marked at a discount of 50% or greater is considered final sale

  • Personalized jewelry: Any custom or stamped items.

  • Special, custom or made to order products

Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page. Please read this carefully before making your purchase. 

Refunds can take up to two weeks to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.

International Customers

If you purchased a piece but reside overseas, it would be considered a final sale item. We're so sorry we can't accept returns right now from our international customers as we don't ship overseas just yet!
